Bridging Finance, Data and Policy Insights
MSc candidate in Latin American Studies at the University of Oxford, on a full Oxford Graduate Scholarship. Originally from Paraguay, I completed my undergraduate studies at the National University of Asunción, including an exchange programme at the University of Łódź in Poland. With a background in accounting and business, I later pursued an Erasmus Mundus joint master's degree in social sciences at the University of Glasgow and the Autonomous University of Madrid, funded by the European Commission. I also undertook a fellowship in political economy at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, and completed a diploma in public policy for democratic development in Latin America with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and a professional certificate in entrepreneurship and innovation consulting at the University of Salamanca. I was recognised as an Ibero-American Young Leader by the Carolina Foundation and as a Leader of Tomorrow at the St. Gallen Symposium.
I have worked across the private and public sectors in financial management, data analysis, and public policy, and have been involved in international cooperation with UNDP and in projects with UNODC, the EU, AECID, and SEGIB. In 2024, I was selected through the United Nations Secretariat Young Professionals Programme as an Associate Economic Affairs Officer.
My doctoral research focuses on the Mercosur–EU agreement.

Projects
Work I build on my own, where research, data and code meet.
The first is Jaguarete Kora: a digital version of a traditional Guaraní strategy game — one jaguar cornered by fifteen dogs, one hunting, the others closing the circle. I designed and built it end to end, with an AI opponent you can play at three levels of difficulty. Free to play, no sign-up.
