MSc candidate in Latin American Studies at the University of Oxford. Originally from Paraguay, I completed my undergraduate studies at the National University of Asunción, including an exchange programme at the University of Łódź in Poland. With a background in accounting and business, I later pursued a joint master’s degree in social sciences at the University of Glasgow and the Autonomous University of Madrid, funded by a scholarship from the European Commission. I also undertook a fellowship in political economy at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University and completed a certification in innovation at the University of Salamanca. I was recognised as an Ibero-American Young Leader by the Carolina Foundation and as a Leader of Tomorrow at the St. Gallen Symposium.
I have worked across the private and public sectors in financial management, data analysis, and public policy, and have been involved in international cooperation with UNDP and in projects with UNODC, the EU, AECID, and SEGIB. In 2024, I was selected through the United Nations Secretariat Young Professionals Programme as an Associate Economic Affairs Officer.
My current research focuses on the Mercosur–EU agreement.
